UK wide Tenanted portfolios with minimum 25% off RICS. Old or new build considered

£1m – £20m

UK wide Empty or part complete buildings with minimum 35% off RICS.

£1m – £10m

Retail / Industrial

UK wide Buildings with strong covenant and minimum 10 years left on lease, particularly those let to supermarket chains.

£1m – £20m

UK wide Distribution centres with strong covenant and minimum five years left on lease. 6% yield +

£1m – £40m

Office

London Single let buildings with strong covenant. Freehold / long lease only. Yield from 5% upwards.

£1m – £100m

UK wide Government tenanted buildings. Will consider anything from 5.5% yield up.

£1m – £40m
